A. Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Information

1. Please avoid damage or contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2. Please do not return the goods to us freight collect (unpaid).
3. Please note that the above points (1–2) are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
